Valtiel Delacroix
Valtiel hails from Ishgard and has spent most of his life studying the manipulation of aether. With Ishgard finally joining the alliance after the Dragonsong War, Valtiel has traveled into the southern regions of Eorzea to learn more of the peoples' various philosophies and traditions. While he does so, Valtiel will often lease himself out as a private tutor for those pursuing a more academic path in life or to become a mage like himself. He has also served as a diplomat between various beast tribes of Eorzea, attempting to bring unity rather than more needless bloodshed. Valtiel tends to be more reserved, preferring to observe others before engaging them in direct conversation. When he does converse, his tone is calm and mannerisms courteous. He cares little for boasting and has a genuine distaste for senseless violence. To him, a single act of kindness is worth every effort.
